- Items without proof of purchase
How to Return

- Pack Safely: Use original packaging and include the returns slip
- Post Back:
- UK: Free returns via prepaid label
- International: Customer covers return shipping
Refund Processing
- Timeline: 5-10 working days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment form
- Deductions:
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- £2.99 return fee for UK orders under £50
Faulty Items
- Report defects within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue
- Free return shipping for verified faults
Exchanges
- Size Swaps: Only available by returning original item and placing new order
- Color/Style Changes: Not offered – return and reorder
